This is a Dynamite Fuze, 4500kV Mini Brushless Motor. Fuze brushless motors are high-torque motors designed for sport and racing applications. This sensorless motor features the same basic dimensions and mounting patterns as brushed standard 280- and 370-size motors. This motor also offers high performance over a longer lifetime with little to no maintenance.
