The new WR7 2.0 is a 7 special porting extreme power engine based on WR7 Diamond edition. The big improvement of this engine is the new carb system for improved idle stability and tuning options and improved mid to top range power curve and feeling.  Suitable for Mid-High grip tracks, energy efficient, high torque, extreme top speed engine.

NEW CARB SYSTEM


Improved idle stability and tuning options thanks to a new 3 needles setting carburetor. Improved mid to top range power curve and feeling thanks to a special low speed needle and mid range spray bar.




A DIAMOND IS FOREVER


The 2.0 comes with a DLC Coated crankshaft and backplate for improved engine durability. The crankshaft can last approximately 3 times more than a coventional steel crankshaft thanks to the extreme hardness of the diamond coating. Even the conrod life is lengthened about 50%.

LIGHTWEIGHT & LOW GRAVITY CENTER


We designed the new REDS Factory Tuned line to be not only more powerful and reliable but lighter and with lower gravity center than ever before. To do that, we couldn¡¯t just shave a millimeter here, a gram there. So we started from scratch, redesigning each essential part like crankcase, cooling head, combustion chamber and Black Diamond coated backplate.


 


HIGH POWER 7 PORTS


The sleeve with 7 inlet ports a single port exhaust guarantees low fuel consumption and smooth power delivery. Our flat piston, made from a high strength aluminium bar, is a true masterpiece of engineering.




HANDMADE, TUNED AND ASSEMBLED


The new engine is hand-tuned with a silicone-filled, balanced and tuned crankshaft by M. Rossi. Every single engine is hand inspected and compression checked inside REDS Racing headquarters by Mario and Marco Rossi to achieve the highest quality standards. This is core to the values that makes Reds Racing engines different from any other brand on the market.








ANTI-DIRT SEALING SYSTEM


Reds Racing cooling head anti-dirt sealing system keeps the engine clean in a critical area between the cooling head and crankcase. The redesigned crankcase provides easier maintenance and a cleaner engine for longer life.
